Dear Resident:
On Monday, November 3, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as
possible), in the Planning conference room, 281 North College Avenue, Fort
Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an
administrative public hearing to consider a development proposal in your
neighborhood.
This is a commercial project known as the PROSPECT INDUSTRIAL PARK,
MIDPOINT SELF -STORAGE - Project Development Plan. The request is for
327 mini -storage units in eleven buildings on a 3.5 acre site. The buildings will be
one story in height. The access points to the project will be from Midpoint Drive.
This request represents an expansion of the existing Midpoint Self -Storage
facility.
This project is located on the south side of Midpoint Drive Drive, west of Sharp
Point Drive, east of South Timberline Road, south of East Prospect Road, and
north of the railroad tracks. The property is zoned I, Industrial in the City's Land
Use Code.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
Sincerely:
If,
