I understand that the City has appointed a hearing officer to determine whether the trees
on Lots 32 and 33 can be removed by the owners or the prospective purchasers of the above -
referenced property. The owners have requested our firm to represent them at the hearing.
Please provide me (a) the name of the hearing officer; (b) the date and time of the hearing; (c)
any documents that will be submitted to the hearing officer for her or his consideration,
including any staff recommendations; (d) a copy of any applicable rules or regulations; and (e)
any instructions that are being provided to the hearing officer, including any statements
concerning the scope of the hearing.
