Dear Basil,
This letter is regarding the development application on Lot 32 of Prospect Industrial Park.
Specifically, Item 15 of the most recent comments from your department regarding off site
easements.
We are under contract to purchase both Iots 32 and 33, and will close on both when our
application is approved. As the owners of lot 33, it is acceptable to us to provide both grading
and storm line easements on this lot in conjunction with the development of lot 32. These
easements are being prepared at this time and will be submitted for review and approval.
