Tamarac, Suite 300 Denver, CO 80237 RE: Riverside Centre — Project Development Plan (City File #26-98) Dear Mr. Klausing, Enclosed is a draft condition for the Riverside Centre Project Development Plan. In discussion with the applicant, they have agreed to the following condition: Street trees along Riverside Avenue shall be placed 10 feet from the south property line adjacent to Riverside Avenue improvements and at a rate of one tree for every 30 to 40 feet of street frontage. Trees shall be evenly placed with variations to the spacing permitted for specific limitations such as driveway approaches.
