On Wednesday, July 28, 1999, beginning at 7:00pm, 281 North College Avenue`, Conference
Rooms C & D, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for
Riverside Centre (1450 Riverside Avenue), Type I, PDP, #26-98.
This is a request for three combination office/warehouse buildings totaling 31,825 square feet on
a 122,210 square foot (2.81 acres) lot. The facilities consist of one 20,625 square foot two-story
structure and two 5,600 square foot one-story structures. The property is located south of the
Burlington Northern/Santa Fe Rail Road and north of Riverside Avenue generally between
McHugh Street and Montgomery Street. The property is zoned I — Industrial District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the
Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record
keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.

opportunity to attend.
