This is a commercial project known as Prospect Industrial Park, Lot 19, Holsinger Drywall - Project Development Plan (#28-98E). The request is for office, warehouse & storage in a 9,050 square foot building on a 0.86 acre site. The office portion of the building will be 13'-Y in height and the warehouse & storage portion of the building will be 17'-3" in height. This proposed project is located at 2572 Midpoint Drive (the northeast side of the street). Proposed access to the development site is from Midpoint Drive. The property is zoned I, Industrial. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
