Dear Mr. Ludwig:
The following letter is a written response to each of the stated comments that were
contained in your response letter dated September 16, 1998:
Certifications and signature blocks have been added to Site Plan as requested.
2. The floodplain use permit application has been completed and will be issued
prior to the October 15, 1998 Planning and Zoning Board Meeting.
3. The Vicinity Map remains the same per your direction.
4. An escrow, bond or letter of credit in the amount of 125% of the proposed
landscaping costs that will be required in the future will be deposited with the
city.
