The site is located just outside the UGA. It appears that the Urban Growth
Area boundary was intended to be located along on the roadway of County
Road 42C, but was accidently located along a parcel line south of the road.
Pineridge 1 st through 4th are all within the UGA, but the site for Pineridge 5th,
is located between the UGA boundary and County Road 42C. Because this
site is outside the UGA, we should wait to go to P&Z with this until after council
has acted on Coyote Ridge and Cathy Fromme Natural Area annexations (both
outside the UGA) so that the Council's position on the issue of natural area
annexations outside the UGA can be flushed out.
