As we discussed your proposed building locations relative to the ditch will probably work provided that the level of your concrete walk is not too much higher tha 9 the level 7f the ditch bank, so that when a backhoe and truck are cleaning the ditch they bott can have adequate space to work in and the grade will not put the back hoe in a dang•arous position. I understand that your engineers have adjusted the grade to actor nplish this. It will be necee sary for you .to construct the walk with sufficient thickness and strength so Ihat it can trithstand the weight of trucks and backhoes during such times as ditch cleaning occurs.
