Dear Jon:
This letter shall serve as a foilow up to my previous letter to you regarding our
requir+eme nts far the ditch company easement proceeding along the south side
of the ditc i (which is along the north side of your project).
This ease vent shall be subject to your installation of landscaping; storm water
piping, inl, As and outlets; pedestrian walks; and underground utilities
(including telephone and cable), however, the ditch company shall not be
liable for a ny damage to any of the foregoing caused as a result of ditch
company': i reasonable use of its easement for the purpose of cleaning the
ditch Including access and egress by backhoes and trucks.
