In order :o allowthe City to proceed and begin work on the Development
Agreement for Landings say, would you kindly fax them something more or less
to the fo'lowing effect:

minds on all matters relating to Larimer County Ditch #2 and the Landings
8 iy project as evidenced by the six enclosed letters of agreement signed

2. TI ierefore, we approve that the City proceed to work with the developer on

3. ilia final detailed documents relating to the parties' agreement on these
m atters are in the process of being drafted by the ditch company's
at tomey and must be executed by developer before the ditch company will
si ;n off on the Plat for this project.
Gene, th is will help me get the City moving on the Development Agreement and
