Following up our meeting: 1. Electric. a. Relocate transformers as requested. b. Grade down adjacent to JFK so off -site electric can be located 3 ft. behind curb. c. Locate electric panels on the sides of all building and opposite from where gas panel is located. If gas is at the front, then electric to the rear. If gas is at the rear, then electric to the front. d. Electric panel approximately 3 ft. wide by 5 ft. high. Must be at least 3 ft. from gas panel. G. Garage electric, off individual house, shall come off existing meters, probably the common meter. 2. Tc lephone / Cable. a. Office telephone — cable conduit located in same trench with electric. b. Residential telephone — cable installed in dirt around periphery of project, as shown. C. Telephone panel about 18" wide, from ground up. d. Cable panel —18" wide. e. Must be at least 12" separation from cable and telephone panels. Modify gas lines location as discussed. b. Locate gas panels on outside of stairwells at ends of residential buildings, or otherwise at ends of buildings, but in all cases, 3 ft. from windows. C. Locate gas panels on sides of office buildings. In all cases, gas panel at opposite and of building from electric. (gas front, electric rear, or gas rear, electric front). 4. W ater. a. Loop water line from driveway to the east within the project. b. Office water line — reflect changes requested. C. Office water line profile — have Northern Engineering show. d. Residential water meters location — must be exactly at our risk to locate them within small landscape areas. Northern, please relocate to accommodate pit dimensions and respective building envelopes. 5. Sr wer. a. Northern Engineering to evaluate alternative location. 6. Er gineering. a. Mario has received letters from various utilities agreeing to blanket Willy easement. Accordingly, Jim (Public Service) and Roger (Water & Sewer) will fax to Mark their signed copies of the blanket easement approval letters. 7. Gi meral. a. Comers of all building envelopes shall be staked exactly prior to commencement of utility construction work b. Utility construction work to be done in a single phase. C. Buildings shall provide internal easements as per HOA and individual building covenants and declarations to provide for utilities access to various units within buildings. d. I shall complete an up to date colored utility coordination map, updated as per our meeting, and send a copy to each person. e. At your request, I will have Northern Engineering prepare a 24" x 36" separate utility coordination plan in the Engineering drawings.
