The180-day time period for responding to comments ends on July 14, 2015. Since the site plan design was closely tied to the roundabout, the Applicant did not want to proceed with revisions to the site plan until City Council approved the roundabout at this location. Significant cost issues related to grading have also slowed the revision process. The project is moving forward again, but the Applicant needs an extension to the 180-day time requirement. We respectfully request a 60-day extension to August 28, 2015 to respond to staff comments per LUC Section 2.2.11. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this request.
