pavement.
Response: Our storm water design utilizes the pavers for detention and water quality volumes. The outlet
structure is being used to control the release rate using a 4.5" orifice on the downstream side of the
structure. We have changed the naming of this structure to avoid confusion on its purpose.

Fire lane signage will be required in order to define the areas of no parking
along the Emergency Access Easement. Code language provided below.
2012 IFC503.3: Where required by the fire code official, approved signs or
other approved notices that include the words NO PARKING - FIRE LANE shall
be provided for fire apparatus access roads to identify such roads or prohibit
the obstruction thereof. The means by which fire lanes are designated shall be
maintained in a clean and legible condition at all times ad be replaced or
repaired when necessary to provide adequate visibility.

Fire pits, fire places, and grills require a 10'seperation to combustible
construction and vegetation both horizontally and vertically. Not enough

while showing an all wood trellis detail.

landscape areas into the paver section will have silt and debris that will clog at
the transition into the gravel layer. Suggest some form of mitigation be
proposed.
Response: Per our meeting with staff, T-4" rock cobble is now placed around the drain basins for a
minimum of 1' from the basin. Also, all drain basins provide a 6" sump in the bottom of the basin.

metered. This is needed to determine secondary cable sizing and secondary
box locations. At this point it looks like we will need to place 3 secondary boxes

Response: Each unit will be individually metered. Meters will be located on each end of the buildings.
Applicant has prepared an exhibit showing the various proposed utilities on the project site and will
continue to work with staff to locate the secondary boxes.

the planning mylars signed thereafter. Jeff County and GIS will then work on
triggering your full building permit review (see below).
