The request for plan amendments to the East Mulberry Corridor Plan and City Structure Plan maps and
rezone should be processed separately from the PDP. A recommendation from the Planning and
Zoning Board will be forwarded to City Council to consider adoption of the changes. These steps will
need to be completed prior to bringing the PDP to hearing.

05/28/2014: The applicant may process the plan amendment and rezone request concurrently with the
PDP, but a condition of approval by the Planning and Zoning Board is contingent on Council approving
the amendment and rezoning. A risk to the applicant exists if they choose the later scenario.
