Mason Street Fort Collins, CO 80525 Re: Extension for Boardwalk Crossings, Lots 1 and 2, Filing 2, PDP #76-93 Dear Mrs. Holter: I am in receipt of your request for an extension for Boardwalk Crossing, Lots 1 and 2, Filing 2, PDP #76-93. As you know, the FDP was approved On October 5, 2005 and following that approval, two administrative extensions and a Planning and Zoning Board extension were granted. The most previous extension from the Planning and Zoning Board was granted on September 16, 2011 with an expiration of October 5, 2011. Section 2.2.11(D)(4) of the City's Land Use Code requires that a request for an extension must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of expiration. The request you submitted was received on October 4, 2011, and not in compliance with the required 30 day requirement. Therefore, your project is not eligible for an extension and has expired.
