The project is a Commercial project developed for general office, retail and services, located at the SEC of Mason and Boardwalk. The project was approved for a one & two story structure, totaling 15,000 sf.. It was approved under the LUC and has current PDP approval, from the City of Fort Collins. Said Preliminary Development Plan is consistent with all applicable standards of development and remains a well designed infill project, today. In our uncertain economic times, considerable existing mid -Town vacant space availability, lack of new tenants, financing capabilities, have all contributed, to the delay of the beginning of this Development.
