Subject: Boardwalk Crossing
Hi Steve
I have a Client that has a PDP approved, at the SEC of Boardwalk & Mason, Boardwalk Crossing Lots 1 & 2. They
asked for and received extensions to the project by Cameron Gloss. Their last extension is lapsing October 5th
2010 and given the current economic conditions they are requesting additional PDP extensions.
Their last extension dated May 8, 2008, (attached above), states that further extensions would need P&Z
approval. Consider this as a formal request to extend the PDP, for a minimum of 2 years.
Please contact me for a time that we could discuss the process for an Extension, either by phone or we meet
with you, Staff.
Thanks for your time and consideration on this. ,
Regards,
Steve
