College Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80525 Subject- Boardwalk Crossing Lots 1 and 2, Filing 2, PDP two-year extension Dear Steve, The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for two consecutive one-year extensions to the Boardwalk Crossing, Lots 1 and 2, Filing 2, PDP #76-936/C. The original approval occurred on October 5, 2005. Based on —this new -two-year- extension, all engineering Improvements (water, sewer, streets, curb, gutter, street lights, fire hydrants and storm drainage) must be completed no later than October 5, 2010. I am only authorized to grant two consecutive one year extensions. Extensions beyond.the October 5, 2010 date may only be authorized by the Pianning and Zoning Board. Future extension requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the date of plan expiration. They asked for and received extensions to the project by Cameron Gloss. Their last extension is lapsing October 5th 2010 and given the current economic conditions they are requesting additional PDP extensions. Their last extension dated May 8, 2008, (attached above), states that further extensions would need P&Z approval. Consider this as a formal request to extend the PDP, for a minimum of 2 years. Please contact me for a time that we could discuss the process for an Extension, either by phone or we meet with you, Staff.
