HomeMy WebLinkAboutTIMBERVINE PDP - PDP140002 - CORRESPONDENCE - RESPONSE TO CITIZEN (3)r! .. I just saw a sign in my neighborhood (for my direct back yard) for a proposal for development. It is sign number 144. I called today and the sign was not in your system and the gentleman I spoke with thought that it may have been been placed on the wrong side of our neighborhood, as the new development was to be between this subdivision (Dry Creek) and the Mobile Home park (Collins Aire Park), their entrance is on Timberline. It is close to the Heritage Christian Academy. The sign number is not listed on your website, it only goes to 142. I have attached a picture with highlights as to where the signs are. Our address is 433 Bannock Street Ft. Collins 80524. Our home is right on the border of this field. I have included a larger map with our property highlighted. Our back yard faces the northwest end of the old airport. We would like to get more information about this project and if the sign was indeed misplaced Thank you so very much, I appreciate your time. 2 Pete Wray From: Sarah Burnett Sent: Tuesday, April 29, 2014 11:49 AM To: 'Karen' Cc: Pete Wray Subject: RE: Proposal 144 Attachments: 20140423 Timbervine PDP - Site.pdf Hi Karen, Thanks for your questions about the sign placement for a proposal in your neighborhood. I'll provide you with some information now, and more later as needed. The proposed project is called Timbervine Project Development Plan. It was submitted on April 22, and staff is just beginning its review of the proposal. Also, staff members are now taking a look at the sign placement. I've attached the site plan. In addition, here is the description for the proposal: Location: Southwest corner of Vine Drive and Timberline Road, north of International Blvd., east of Dry Creek Subdivision. This is a request to create single family lots located on the south and west of Timberline Road and Vine Drive. The overall site will consist of 39.19 acres and contain 22 single family attached, 146 single family detached and, 1 acre neighborhood park and 1.5+ mile trail system. The site is located in the Low Density Mixed- Use Neighborhood (L-M-N) Zone District. The single family residences are comprised of small and medium lots with 122 front load units and 24 rear load units. Single family attached dwelling units are sited to take advantage of the open space and neighborhood park to the south east. Please take a look and let me know if you have additional questions.
