Gingerich Cc: Pete Wray, Landon Hoover; Rob VanUffelen; Traci Shambo; Rick Richter Subject: RE: Mexico Way extension to Timbervine Craig Engineering will not require the annexation of the roadway, but if it is not annexed then language will be put into the development agreement identifying and clarifying that the development is responsible for the maintenance of Mexico Way from the south property line to International Blvd. All utility sheets showing any work outside of the City limits will also need to be approved (signed) by the County and a permit for all work outside of the City limits will need to be obtained from the County. In accordance with current policy and standards (appendix G of LCUASS): At such time as the road is annexed in the future, the City will not accept maintenance of the roadway until it can be proven and shown that the roadway was built to City standards and that the street has been maintained and not allowed to deteriorate. Gingerich; Sheri Langenberger Cc: Pete Wray; Landon Hoover; Rob VanUffelen Subject: Mexico Way extension to Timbervine Andrew/Sheri, We'd like to request confirmation that annexation of Mexico Way will not be required as part of the Timbervine proj ect. Our understanding is that the portion of Mexico Way extending from the southern extent of Timbervine to International Boulevard will remain in the County and will be maintained through an agreement with the County. Thanks, Craig
