Comment Number: 2 05/05/2015 Comment Originated: 05/05/2015: Need to clarify in table or in project summary exactly what is changing. I see with the MA and Replat there is one less detached lot/DU in Block 3, and adding on block/DU in Block 2 (no net change), and adding 6 attached lots/DU's in Block 8. This revises the gross density from 4.26 to 4.41 and Net Density from 5.5 to 5.7. Below is a list of requirements for each option: Revise old plans: Revision bubbles will be needed around EVERY change on EVERY sheet in the utility plan. Revision bubbles must be on approved utility plan sheets with City signatures. A note needs to be added in the revision box that state that these revisions are due to the Timbervine Second Filing. Submit new set: New signatures from City staff, Larimier County, Boxelder, Elco and ditch companies will be required for a new utility plan. With the new plan set, please do not refer to any revisions. Remove any revision bubbles and sheet RV01-Index of Revision. Change all sheets to reflect the new legal associated with the new Plat.
