Emergency Access Easement details will be provided by time of FDP. The fine lane
will need to extend onto the property, along the north side of the building, to 150' in
length and no turnaround will be required. The building will be approximately 60' out
of access as defined by IFC 503.1.1, however as the building will be provided with
an automatic fire sprinkler system, the out of access condition is allowable. Code
language provided below.

The fire apparatus access road shall comply with the requirements of this section

6% of the parking lot interior is devoted to landscaping. I don't see that on the
landscape plan. Please include this calculation.
RESPONSE: We have added a calculation on the landscape plan. The total
interior landscape area is 4.3%. The owner requested that we remove the
landscape islands and trees at either side of the overhead doors due to the
potential of large trucks and conflicts with the tree branches.
