The proposed wall section provides for posts being extended approximately 6'above finished grade of the lots, the wall constructed between the posts, the wall back -filled on the east side of the wall (back of the lots), then the rails and pickets installed, thus providing for a 6'reveal from the lot side. Existing ground elevations will be matched at the lot line. Comment Number: 5 051082013: Ensure that proper cover is being met over all storm sewer crossings of Public Roadways. It appears that the storm sewer crossing of Adobe near the park might not meet the 36" clearance between top of pipe and top of asphalt requirement. The revised plans accommodate the formal variance Comment Number: 6 0510812013: With proposed cut along the centerline of Adobe at the existing irrigation crossing there is concerns of the amount of cover over that irrigation line. 36" of cover from top of pipe to top of asphalt is required. Aspen has revised the plans to provide for 2.5' -+-/- over the existing irrigation line. Cargill has approved of the design. Comment Number: 7 0510812013. Please review the proposed K values and Vertical Curve lengths on many of the proposed street profiles as a few of them appear to not meet standards. Most of these curves occur near the intersections so additional discussion may be required to talk about grade breaks, vertical curves, stop conditions, etc. Aspen met with Andrew Gingerich on the design items. Small /short vertical curves are used near some intersections to smooth out the crown of the roadway and to allow for the 2% cross -slopes to be obtained at a faster rate. These short curves have been okayed by Andretiv. Comment Number: 10 05/10/2013: A pedestrian connection was built along Drake to connect S.C.F. 2nd to the trail adjacent to the rail road tracks. Provide a connection to the Drake pedestrian connection, this can be concrete or temporary asphalt.
