Henderson, General Partner ■ Development Phasing Schedule Site infrastructure construction will commence soon after the development plans are approved by the city (Fall/Winter 2015). Home construction will commence shortly after required infrastructure is in place and continue based on market demand. ■ Signed letters of intent indicated that all required off -site easement and off -site rights -of -way can be negotiated in time for final development plan submittal. At this time we don't anticipate the need for additional off -site easements or rights -of -way.
