Subject: ROUTING: Proposed Annexation of Clydesdale Park ANX140002
This is the routing for the City of Fort Collins proposed annexation of Clydesdale Park. This is a City initiated
annexation of this existing neighborhood located east of 1-25, south of the intersection of East Mulberry Street
(HWY14) and Carriage Parkway.
The annexation will enable the City to take over maintenance of the existing portion of Carriage Parkway,
which is currently maintained by the residents of Clydesdale Park through a Public Improvement
District. Carriage Parkway currently carries traffic predominantly from Clydesdale Park residents. With the
new Fox Grove residential development proposed to the south, within the City limits, it now seems imminent
that the parkway will be extended and serve as access for additional residents who have no obligation to pay
into the PID. Residents of the Clydesdale Park neighborhood have expressed concern that their continued
maintenance responsibility for the existing portion of Carriage Parkway is no longer reasonable if the parkway
is extended and used by future development to the south.
This email correspondence is the official routing requesting your review and
consideration of this annexation.

ANX140002. Routing sheets and paper copies will not be distributed following this email. If you need full-size
