Water pressure in that area is between 80 and 90 psi. 10/09/2012: Why is the existing fire line stub not being used? Comment Number: 8 Comment Originated: 11/06/2012 11/06/2012: The "as -built" drawings for North College Marketplace indicate that the sewer service stub is 4-inch. Comment Number: 9 Comment Originated: 11/06/2012 11/06/2012: In the water notes on the utility plan, there is conflicting information regarding the siize of the fire line. These drawings do not have the gas meter location and a note that it is to be painted to match the building wall. Comment Number: 9 Comment Originated: 10/30/2012 10/30/2012: The walk-in access on the trash enclosure is not very accessible to the user. The transformer could be pushed the the west and the walk-in access could be located in front of the transformer making it closer to a building entrance. Or Walk in access can be given directly from a door located on portion of the building wall that is within the enclosure. Also the site plan seems to indicate a concrete pad in front of the walk-in access but the landscape plan does not reflect this. Comment Number: 10 Comment Originated: 10/30/2012 10/30/2012: Note number 13 on the site plan says Reference site details for the bike racks. I do not see a sheet labeled site details. The City Attomey/Clerk do not provide any signature services related to the owner's signature. 10/09/2012: The site plan appears to list the City as an owner of the property based upon the entities listed under the owner certification. It appears that 1908 North College LLC is the owner that should be listed on the site plan, presuming Discount Tire does not purchase the proeprty from the underlying developer. Comment Originated: 09/28/2012 Comment Originated: 10/12/2012 11/06/2012: Please change the rock mulch to a tan washed local river rock. This is similar to the tan rock used at the bank to the north. We are looking for a more natural appearance than the grey. There are many areas on the plan where plants are planted too close together. Also, a number of the plant selections need to be updated to selections that are better performing, not overused, and/or more suited to the intended location. The side lot line to the south needs evergreen material that is slightly taller than Calgary Carpet Juniper, something in the 24 to 30 inch range. Please change the Ash in the parking lot to Bur Oak. We are trying to reduce the number of new ash planted in the City. Comment Number: 7 Comment Originated: 11/06/2012 11/06/2012: The landscape cutout north of the building is too small in comparison to all of the paving shown, the cutout needs to be expanded. Please refer to landscape plan sketch. Comment Number: 9 Comment Originated: 11/06/2012 11/06/2012: The placement of "Project Development Plan" on the drawings (and "Preliminary" before "Utility Plans") will need to be removed with the final mylars for the project. Mylars with these labels will be required to be resubmitted. Comment Number: 10 Comment Originated: 11/06/2012 11/06/2012: A truck turning template was submitted after the last round of review, which provided the justification for the widened northern driveway and radius. As a follow-up to this information, Engineering had inquired whether the trucks using the site could perhaps access the site by backing into the second southern drive aisle, and thereby provide a drive approach for the northern access that's more similar to the drive aisles approach directly east.
