Dear Greg, on Thursday, January 14, 2016, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 — 0 to approve 215 Mathews
Street Offices #PDP150020, subject to the following condition:
At the time of submittal for Final Plan, the applicant shall provide an
alternate parking lot layout showing one on -site, van -accessible, handicap
parking space.
