On Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 300 LaPorte
Avenue, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a
public hearing to consider a development proposal near your property.
The project is referred to as Harmony Commons Commercial Center,
#PDP 150027.
This is a request to develop a 9.1 acre commercial center consisting of
three buildings located at the southwest corner of Harmony Road and
Lady Moon Drive. The site is zoned H-C, Harmony Corridor. One building
would be a two-story, 25,000 square foot medical office building. Two
one-story buildings would contain a total of 25,600 square feet and
include a mix of retail, business services and standard/fast food (no drive -
through) restaurants. The site is a portion of Tract S (24.71 acres) of the
Harmony Technology Park Overall Development Plan, Seventh
Amendment, and represents phase one of a larger commercial center.
