The proposed project should be in the early to mid -design stage for this meeting to be effective and is typically scheduled after the Current Planning conceptual review meeting. I would like to receive something from MAVD acknowledging future development to the east is not able to utilize the driveway from this development to Precision Drive as a shared access, and acknowledges that the subdividing of the property will need to consider access locations onto Precision Drive meeting City access spacing requirements. I can reach out to MAVD on this if desired. 12/31/2015: The intent of the north -south driveway for Windsong at Rock Creek south of the property, is to act as a driveway that can be shared between that project and the undeveloped property to the east.
