College Ave. PO Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 970.221.6750 970.224.6134 - fax fcgov. com/currentplanning On Thursday, December 17, 2015, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 — 0 to approve Foothills Mall Multi - Family Major Amendment, #MJA150002, subject to the following condition: At the time of submittal for the Major Amendment Final Plan, the applicant must submit a revised Lighting Plan that indicates compliance with Section 3.2.4(D)(8) by demonstrating that illumination levels do not exceed 0.1 as measured 20 feet north of the north property line of Lot Three. Further the Lighting Plan must specify compliance with Section 3.2.4(D)(5) such that color rendition, as measured by the Kelvin scale, not exceed 3,000 degrees.
