On December 17, 2015, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue, the
City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing
to consider a development proposal near your property. The project is
referred to as Foothills Mall Multi -Family #MJA150002.
This is a request for a multi -family apartment project consisting of 402
dwelling units divided among 18 buildings. The site is located within the
boundary of the Foothills Mall on the west side of Stanford Road, east of
Macy's and extends as far south as the Foothills Mall southern boundary.
The site is 11.93 acres in size.
There would be 522 bedrooms and 490 parking spaces. Of the 18
buildings, 16 are a mix of two and three stories. Two buildings along
Stanford Road at the southern end of the site are proposed to be four
stories and include the office and clubhouse. The parcel is located in the
General Commercial (C-G) zone district and also within the Transit -
Oriented Development Overlay Zone.
