CENTURY LINK 07/24/2015: No issues here. Developer/Building to work with
Century Link as needs dictate. I can work with them on specifics (MP at property
edge, entrance conduits, backboard space etc. Century Link has no facilities in the
ROW around this block so we will have a build out to reach property edge. Also,
there are facilities along E Drake (south side) so any relocates necessary to support
this build will be at developers expense.

East Drake and Iowa: Evaluate the first tree for better clearance of east bound traffic

night and cause more disruption to circadian rhythms for both humans and wildlife.
Please consider a warmer color temperature (2700K or 3000K versions) for your

high use or high visibility sides of a building. This standard appears to be met on the
south and east sides of the building, but there are not enough trees to meet the
spacing requirements on the north side of the building. If you are not able to add
another tree to meet this requirement, we can discuss other options for enhanced
landscaping along this side of the building.
