NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice Is hereby given that on Wednesday.
May 14, 2014, at 5:00 p.m., in Conference
Room A. 281 North College Avenue, Fort Col-
lins. Colorado, a Hearing officer for the City of
Fort Collins will conduct an Administrative Pub-
lic Hearing to consider a development propos-
al. This project will be the first item on the
hearing agenda.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The project Is referred to as Geico Office Build-
ing, Project Development Plan and Modification
Of Standard, file #PDP130039. This is a request
for a 6,500 square foot• two-story building to
be located at 2024 East Harmony Road. The
Proposed building uses are: office, medical of-
fice, and personal service shops. The site
would include 26 parking spaces. The proposal
Includes a Modification request to Section
4.26(D)(1) Harmony Corridor Land Use Stand-
ards, for a distance reduction in the Harmony
Road Setback Zone from 80 feet to 27 feet.
The site zoning is H-C, Harmony Corridor Dis-
