Re: 2712 South College Avenue - Letter of intent
In order to provide accessible access from adjacent properties, a bus stop, and the major intersection of
Drake and College, it is our intent that with this project a ramp is constructed at 2700 S. College. We will coordinate
closely with the property owner and obtain construction access permission prior to entering private property. This ramp
will allow a continuous accessible route from several primary community features. These include a bank, a bus stop,
Walgreens, a restaurant, a childcare center, and several retail establishments.
