Subject: 830 S College
Good morning Ian,
I'm the current owner of a SFR located adjacent to the 830 S. College proposed redevelopment - property address 117 Locust Street. I've owned this property for
10 years.
I'd like to further understand the proposed development as an adjacent neighbor and specifically how the proposed parking will impact the neighborhood
parking.
Overall I'm all for the redevelopment. Anything is better than an underperforming gas station! I'm just looks for some additional information if you're able to
share.
Professionally, I'm in real estate development with special interest in mixed -use so you know in advance we speak the same language.
Thanks in advance,
Steve Owens

Clay,
Ian forwarded the two public comments you had received regarding 830 S College. In case we hadn't already sent this to you, here is an email we received from
Steve Owens who owns the property at 117 Locust just across the street from the project.

Troy and team, .
It was a pleasure speaking with you today about your proposed mixed -use project at 830 College Ave ("College Eight Thirty"). As an adjacent property owner at
117 Locust Street for over 10 years, I'm very excited to see this project come to fruition. Initially I was concerned about the project's parking, but you reminded
me that eliminating the curb -cut on the south side of the property will add additional street parking. I know that area quite well, and I'm confident the addition
of those reclaimed road spaces will be well received by the community. You've eliminated any concerns of mine.
I like the design of the project, and specifically how it will aesthetically intertwine the historic nature of some of its neighbors with the more modern lines to the
neighbors of the north. It will create a more natural flow to the community spaces up and down College Avenue.
You have my full support - and please express my support to the Schrader family for engaging the community for our feedback.
