Answers to 2 and 3
2. The narrower cross section for the roadway was approved with the original Redtail project to reduce the impact to
the ponds. Since there are no buildings adjacent to these road portions additional width is not needed for on street
parking. In accordance with the Larimer County Urban Area Street Standards for these category of roadways semi's are
allowed to use the entire paved surface of the street to negotiate a turn.
3. Any and all fill (removal or placement) routes are reviewed and approved by Engineering prior to the start of the
construction.
