Hi Aubrey,
I wanted to check in with you regarding the updated site plans and elevations for 416 North Grant Carriage House P.D.P.
As stated in the comment letter, I will need additional information (e.g. verify applicable second floor countable square
footage) in order to determine compliance with the applicable Land Use Code standards. Also, some revisions were
needed on the site plan in terms of additional information of the house addition needing to be shown on the site plan
for the carriage house.
Additionally, please contact Josh Weinberg (cc'ed on this e-mail) about getting on the agenda for a Landmark
Preservation Commission meeting and associated submittal requirements. We will want to coordinate the Historic
Preservation process in tandem with the P.D.P.
If you have any questions or require additional clarification please do not hesitate to contact me so we can continue to
work together to keep this project moving forward.
