HomeMy WebLinkAboutSTONER SUBDIVISION - PDP - PDP130005 - REPORTS - CITIZEN COMMUNICATION (18)Jason Holland From: Brent Applegate <brentapplegate@myheroestherapy.com> Sent: Thursday, April 25, 2013 7:37 PM To: Jason Holland Subject: Re: 502 Wayne St proposal Jason, We are the owners of the residence at 316 S. Washington Ave. We got your letter requesting input on the upcoming proposal and for what it is worth, my wife and I are both very much against dividing the lot. For reasons probably already understood we believe allowing this kind of restructuring brings nothing beneficial to the neighborhood. To the contrary, we believe it just increases congestion, devalues property, and, if allowed to become a trend, would generally de -beautify the neighborhood. We're not clear on whether it is a developer wanting to increase his profits, or a potential buyer who simply cannot afford the property and is using this as a way to offset the expense of the purchase. Either way, as I expressed, we are very very much against it. You cited two modifications of standard to the land -use in your letter which seem to specifically address this issue and deny the proposal. We believe those are in existence for a reason. Thank you for your concern and for including us in this matter. Please feel free to contact us with anything else in regards to it. All best, Brent and Kerri Applegate Brent Applegate, MPT Therapist/Owner MyHeroes, Ilc Ph# 678-984-7774 Fax # 970-689-3866
