Steve,
I will be off on Wednesday and unable to attend the meeting. Please be aware that CDOT and this
department (Traffic Operations) supports the Dellenbach proposal. Elimination of the frontage road at
Swallow increases safety. The proposed RI/RO access is also in conformance with the S. College Access
Control Plan and the geometry shown is in consistent with the State Highway Access Code. Additionally,
the elimination of the frontage road is a goal this department has been trying to achieve for many years.

Based on the responses that I have received, I am scheduling a meeting on Dellenbach Subaru for Wed.,
Nov. 25th at 2:00 p.m. with the most people available. The meeting will be in the 281 D conference room.

Carr Bieker of The Architect's Studio has asked for a meeting to discuss City staff comments on the
Dellenbach Subaru (Round the Corner Restaurant) development proposal at the southwest corner of
South College Avenue and West Swallow Road. Primary concerns center around the elimination of the
frontage road along College and the impacts that will have on access and circulation, existing utilities, and
existing trees and vegetation.
I would like to schedule this meeting for sometime Tues., Nov. 24th or Wed., Nov. 25th. It appears that
Wed. the 25th is Carr's first choice. Please let me know what works for all of you.
