on Tuesday March 8, 1994, at 1:30 p.m. in the
Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the
will hold an administrative review hearing
subdivision proposal in your neighborhood.

This request is known as Cottonwood Minor Subdivision, Case #6-94.
The request is for a two lot subdivision of approximately, 0.917
acres to create two legal lots for an existing (church.;,and an
existing mobile home park. The property is located on the north
side of Laporte Avenue, south of Leland Court, between Roosevelt
and Mckinley avenues. The property is located in the R-M, Medium
Density Residential, Zoning District.
This request is for the creation of two legal subdivision lots only
and is not for review of any future construction.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
