to the Planning and Zoning Board to allow for the Campus West Redevelopment
Plan to be finalized. When this plan is adopted the new street right-of-way
requirements will be established and my plans can be modified to reflect the
correct. right-of-way width. .

Dear Rex:
This is in response to your February 14, 2000 letter requesting an extension to
the requirement to submit revisions for the Brazil 99/Campus West Theater
Redevelopment project
Section 2.2.11 (A) limits the authority of the Director to grarit extensions to one
30 day extension. However, recognizing that your project is within the planning
boundaries of the Campus West Subarea Plan, it is appropriate to put your
project on hold pending the completion of the subarea plan.
Please understand that this extension will only be in effect until there is a final
resolution of the Campus West Subarea Plan. At that time, you will be expected
to resubmit revised plans within 90 days or the project will lapse and become null
and Void.
