SUBJECT: Minor Amendment = Palmer Design Center
Dear Mr. Rankin:
This letter is in response to your Minor Amendment application dated September 17, 1999. In that
application, you requested that the City approve changes to an approved site development plan to remove 2
existing trees, modify the retaining wall configuration, and add an accessible parking symbol to the Palmer
Design Center POP.
The Fort Collins Land Use Code (LUC) Section 2.2.10 allows an applicant/developer to make minor amends of
an approved site specific development plan as long as. the development application, as so amended, continues
to comply with LUC standards. Staff reviewed your application for compliance with LUC standards and for
possible adverse effects your proposal may have on the overall Palmer Design Center development.
Upon review of your application, your application is hereby approved with the condition that 2 trees are
added. to the east detention pond area as per the redlined comment by the City Forester. Please see
the attached redlined comments by the City Forester on "Sketch 2."
If you disagree with this decision, you have the right to appeal and such request should be in writing and
submitted to the Current Planning Department within fourteen (14) days of the date of mailing. However,
subject to permit approval, you may commence with work at your own risk during this appeal period. Please
