Subject: 2109 Friar Tuck in Storeybook
I am opposed to the establishment of a two family home at 2109 Friar Tuck in Storeybook Patio homes. It
is a violation of the Covenants( ArticleVlll, Section 1: Storeybook Patio Homes P.D.P., Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions:) of this property. All homes are to be of the single family type in
this subdivision. This is a direct violation of our covenants and needs immediate remedy without any sort
of variance even considered by your office.
The remedy I would suggest is to stop any sort of hearings as of this date and find out why the developer
is being allowed to violate his own covenants which are a part of the contract that he sold to each
homeowner in this development. The covenants may not be amended under the General provisions
without 80 % vote of the lot owners under General Provisions Section 6.
please keep me informed of any hearings or opinions as to the disposition of the said property.
