2109 Friar Tuck
I do not agree to having a variance for a two family home at 2109 Friar Tuck
in Storeybook Patio homes. The Covenants (ArticleVlll, Section 1: Storeybook
Patio Homes P.D.P., Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions:)
state that these are single family homes in this subdivision. I feel this is a
direct violation of our covenants and needs immediate remedy without any sort
of variance even considered by your office. Nothing was mentioned to any of
the homeowners here about this being done.
