We understand there is a request to change the zoning for this address from a single family
unit. When we bought here it was with the understanding that these Storybook Patio
Homes were to be single family units. To grant a variance would be a precedent and could
result in further variances and apartments being built in other units affecting the value of all
properties in the development. Therefore we object to the changing of the zoning for any
unit here.
