Major Amendment
This is in regards to the Conversion of a single-family dwelling to a Two-family dwelling in the Storybook PDP, 2109
Friar Tuck Ct., Lot 49--Major Amendment.
I would like to go on record as being very much opposed to the change. I purchased my home 4 years ago with the
intent that is was to be a single family development. The area is too compact to change to two family, not enough
parking is available as it is without making the change. My vote is to leave as a "SINGLE FAMILY".
I would surely be in attendance on September 14th, however, I am needing to be out of town for other reason.
