The Director of Planning will be assigning the hearing officer; and, a date and time for the hearing can be determined very soon. Department: Zoning Barnes Topic: Zoning Number: 19 Issue Contact: Peter Created:7/20/2004 [7/20/04] Section 3.2.2(K)(1)(a) of the Land Use Code (LUC) would require that this duplex (two-family dwelling) have 4 off-street parking spaces - 1.75 for the two bedroom unit and 1.5 for the one bedroom unit. However, Section 3.2.2(K)(1)(b) of the LUC allows parking on the internal street (Friar Tuck Court) to be counted towards meeting the parking requirements. Therefore, I believe that the 3 spaces on the lot, plus the available parking space on the street in front of this lot, meets the Code requirements. Page 1
