Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-0580 Dear Steve: Based upon your letter written on November 11, 1998 and the referral comments we have received, we have made the following changes and clarifications to the Howell Building documents: We are requesting a modification to the five foot perimeter landscape requirement. We are also requesting a modification to the parking lot layout standards relative to parking stall dimensions. Please refer to letter enclosed. 1. A detail for the trash enclosure is enclosed per zoning's request. 2. Handicap accessibility is being accommodated through the college entry on the west side of the building. 3. The upper floor decks have been revised to a 2'-10" encroachment over the South College Avenue Right -of -Way. A new encroachment permit has been submitted. Sincerely, U Mikal S. Torgerson M.
