The following supplemental information is related to the Howell Building
project.
i. Project is located at 814 and 816 South College Ave., Fort Collins
SOUTH 30 FT. OF LOT 4 & NORTH 20 FT. OF LOT 5, BLOCK

2. The property owners are:
Larry L. Howell and Beth A. Howell
3. The project will be developed in a single phase. Construction will
begin as soon as permits are issued, by the City of Fort Collins.
