TEMPORARY SLOPE EASEMENT DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned being the owner of the
following described tract of land does hereby grant to R.E.L.M. of Fort Collins, LLC, Developer,
a slope easement for grading purposes from the proposed Storybook P.D.P. 211d Filing final
grades back to existing grade within the easement limit.
THIS TEMPORARY SLOPE EASEMENT SHALL BE IN EFFECT THROUGH DECEM13ER
31, 2007 AT WHICH TIME THEREAFTER WILL BE VOID.
SLOPE EASEMENT: A slope easement situate in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32, Township 8
North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Foil Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado which considering the South line of the said Southwest 1/4 as bearing N89°44'05"E
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines
which begin at a point on the North right-of-way line of Mountain Vista Drive which bears
N89044'05"E 1285.26 feet and again N00°15'55"W 30.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said
Section 32 and run thence N00°15'55"W 1012.03 feet; thence S89°50'10"W 674.17 feet to the
East right-of-way line of Little John Lane-, thence parallel with the said East right-of-way line
N01015'28"W 100.00 feet; thence N89°50'10"E 746.90 feet; thence S00°15'55"E 1I11.88 feet;
thence S89°44'05"W 80.00 feet to the point of beginning.
